Sorry, the demo has been discontinued. It was very successful, but the load was really too much for my small VPS. The code remains free and available for anyone to download or clone, although it depends on version 2 of the GitHub API, which is also being discontinued.
It may return sometime in the future as a more specific mechanism to allow people to create DOAP and FOAF pages for their social accounts.
